Responsibilities

Visiting the patient in the first hour of hospitalization
Coordinating with the attending physician and taking initial orders
Coordinating with the head of the ward and the nursing office to perform paraclinical procedures and patient consultations as soon as possible
Daily patient visit
Following up on emergency events that may happen to the patient within 24 hours.
Provide adequate information to the patient about how to complain

Responsibilities

Continuous presence in the international patient unit
Welcoming international patients upon entering the clinic
Providing necessary information to international patients in the field of clinic services and facilities
Making the necessary arrangements to accept international patients in the clinic
Notifying the IPD doctor and attending physician during hospitalization of an international patient
Guiding and introducing the international patient to the department where the international patient is hospitalized
Coordination with the health tourism expert of the University of Medical Sciences
Assisting in translation and communication of the international patient with the medical and nursing staff during the hospitalization of the international patient
Making the necessary coordination (inter-departmental) in the clinic to facilitate and accelerate the provision of services to international patients
Assessing and increasing the satisfaction of international patients during their stay in the clinic
Carrying out the necessary measures and coordination during the discharge of the international patient
Making the necessary arrangements with the company or the travel service office
Registration of international patient information in the health tourism system and the Ministry of Health

Responsibilities

Full coordination with the IPD expert
Picking up the patient from the IPD specialist
Providing medical services in coordination with the attending physician
Providing the necessary training to the patient while receiving the relevant services
Completing the documents related to the provision of nursing services in the patient file
Carrying out clearance matters in coordination with the IPD expert
